Paid in Full, Then Asked to Pay Again
I paid USD 218.62 (approximately €187) believing that this included everything: the products, shipping, and all associated costs. To my surprise, after my order had already been shipped, I received a demand from PostNL to pay an additional €58.85 in import charges before I could receive my parcel. This extra fee represents almost one-third of the value of my order. It is not just about the money—it is about transparency and principle. Customers should be clearly informed before they pay that significant customs charges may apply. I feel this was misleading and extremely disappointing. I will never order from this company again and I strongly advise other customers to be very careful before purchasing, as the final cost may be far higher than expected.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how disappointing it was to receive an unexpected import charge, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Unfortunately, international duties, VAT and customs fees are determined by the local authorities in the destination country and are not charges collected by Healthy Origins. We do provide information regarding potential import charges in our Shipping Policy and order confirmation; however, we appreciate your feedback that this could be made more visible during the ordering process. We’re sorry this additional charge impacted your first experience with us, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Capsules are only half full. An absolute rip-off!
I've been taking Healthy Origins UC-II 40 since 2020. Recently I purchased a 120 capsule bottle and every capsule was ONLY HALF OR EVEN LESS FULL! It's the second time this has happened. I stopped buying Healthy Origins UC-II 40 in February 2026 for exactly the same reason. I sent photos to the seller and assumed they would have resolved the issue by now, as apparently I wasn't the first to complain. But it's even worse. If this company can't get their production up to scratch, then why would we believe that what's in the capsule is of any higher standard?

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand why the appearance of the capsules caused concern, particularly as a long-term customer. These batches were produced using fewer fillers, which resulted in capsules appearing less full. Importantly, assay testing confirmed that the UC-II potency met and exceeded the stated label claim. We recognise that the visual presentation was not what our customers expected, and this manufacturing issue has now been rectified for future production. We remain confident in the quality and potency of our UC-II and, as always, stand behind our products. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and your support over the years. – Healthy Origins

Check the expiration dates on the product you buy
They sent me a supplement with a peeling expiration date label explaining that it was caused by Amazon, and want me to pay the return postage. What a way to take responsibility! You have lost me as a repeat customer for sure. Buyer beware

We’re sorry to hear that this experience left you disappointed. We would like to reassure you that the product you received was not expired and had approximately one year remaining before its expiration date, which is permanently printed on the bottom of the bottle. We completely understood your concern and, despite the product being well within its expiration period, offered to replace it with stock carrying a later expiration date once the original bottle was returned. We’re sorry we weren’t able to reach a resolution you were happy with, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to clarify.
