I visited the Christchurch branch this afternoon for an appointment at 15:00, which was confirmed by telephone on Friday PM. The appointment was to check the hearing aids as an interim appointment at 3 months, although the lady I spoke with on Friday didn’t know the purpose of the appointment. On arrival I was informed that there was no appointment for me, but if I could return at 16:30 the consultant could see me. I was not prepared to wait 1.5 hours and without access to my diary I was unable to make another appointment.
