We recommend you leave a review on their profile on our site - so the clinic sees your frustration and has a chance to respond. Also, other consumers will see the review when they are at the point of choosing a provider.

Dear Mr. Odom, Healthy Hearing puts tremendous effort and care into creating customer satisfaction, both for consumers who come to our website to get trustworthy information about hearing loss and hearing aids, or a clinic owner such as yourself, who purchases a service from us. That effort isn’t free, and Healthy Hearing is not a charity for hearing clinics. For over 20 years, Healthy Hearing has provided complimentary marketing for clinics who are sponsored by one of our business partners. More recently, we began offering opportunities for clinics to purchase or upgrade a listing. You purchased a service from us in September of 2020 and never paid for it. You signed a legally-binding agreement stating that you would pay for the (optional) additional services. We provided all the services outlined in the contract and you refused to pay the small fee associated with the purchase. After you were asked to pay countless times and continued to refuse to pay, we had no choice but to terminate all services we were providing to you.
