Accidentally completed an order without enough $$ to get the free offer item. Immediately sent an email asking that the order be cancelled so I could correct my mistake. Was contacted the next day and my order was canceled and my credit card was reimbursed. I placed a new order a couple of days later because of this great customer service and the items were delivered without delay.

The correct items arrived in the time frame specified on their website. One of the items was defective, so I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately, without making me return the defective one. I think Nordsrom's even makes you non-working items back. Awesome service, and the best pricing online.
