Asking for a refund or I am getting a lawyer!! Enrolled with their surgical technician program Them knowing what state I'm in They failed to mention when I enrolled that they were not affiliated with not one hospital and any of my area. I'm feeling scammed and it does crushe They failed to mention when I enrolled that they were not affiliated with not one hospital and any of my area. I'm feeling scammed and it has crushed my Dreams of being a tech. I have reached out to numerous hospitals and not one will help me do clinicals because they do not recognize health tech academy If I have to I will hire an attorney I am getting my money back. Do not do this surgical Tech program with this school.

Adarsh Kumar was very very helpful to me and I really appreciate it
Adarsh Kumar was very very helpful to me. He helped guide me to the next steps in what I had to do in the surgical tech program. He even did a call zoom with me to make sure I was being guided to do all of the things I needed to do. Thank you Adarsh Kumar you were very helpful to me.

Not As Advertised and Poor Customer Service
Since the beginning, things have been a fiasco. They seem very quick to take your money but provide little-to-no service. Their phone numbers go straight to voicemail and they’re extremely slow to mail out materials (1 month+) The information in the instructional slides do not contain all of the information needed for the tests. An advisor told us we should “google” the answers? on top of that, there are an abundant number of typos in the materials. Not very professional, and we are very much questioning the legitimacy of the program. Next step will be to contact their accreditors, the BBB, and potentially the Dept. of Education if they don’t get their act together.
