Liked the system until it went AI. Became very difficult, trying to figure out how it wanted me to word the answers. I knew what I was saying, it would reject the answers because it would look for certain phrasing. Several times it would tell me I was incorrect, I would change the answer, it would say that was wrong, then hint to the answer in wanted which my first answer just stated a little different. It would then lock me out. Three times I was locked out. Once for two weeks because it said I was going through my lessons too fast .

Randy, this is genuinely useful feedback and we're sorry the grading experience turned into a fight over phrasing. Knowing the material and having answers rejected over wording is frustrating, and getting locked out three times on top of that made it worse. We're passing your specific examples to the team that manages the assessment system so they can review how it evaluates answers and how the lockout rules trigger.

Unstable academic experience
I wanted to say positive things about this academy, but I can't recommend it based on my experience. The institute falls short in its academic standards and the level of support it provides its students.
Don't be misled by the promises of a faster path into the workforce or guaranteed job placement. In my experience, those claims don't reflect reality unless you're already working in the medical field.
Communication from the advising staff was often inconsistent, and follow-up was unreliable. The program felt highly disorganized, making it difficult to get the guidance and support students should expect.
Overall, I believe prospective students would be better served by attending a more established, accredited institution that provides stronger technical education and better student support.

Career Services Team is TERRIBLE
1. I enrolled for Pharmacy Technician Program. This program was very sufficient and diligent. I give the program a 7/10 since it is a go at your own pace program.
2. Payment Plan is absolutely absurd. I recommend paying in full or do not enroll at all. I took the payment plan route, every month I receive 2 invoices. One for the program I am enrolled in, and the other for a program I am NOT enrolled in.
3. Communication and hearing back from almost ALL the departments are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I’ve been contacting the finance department since I started in October of 2025. It is now January 2026 and I’m still receiving double the invoices. They did reach out before the holidays to confirm I would no longer receive the additional invoices but it was fruitless. I STILL receive them for a program I AM NOT ENROLLED IN.
4. I can’t put frustration into words strong enough to describe how infuriating the coaches are. I can say, Miss. Lakeisha is THE BEST lady to have on your team. She’s active, attentive and constructs dilligent meetings EVERY TIME. Now, the career coaches who help build your LinkedIn accounts, resume and career prospects and preparation are TERRIBLE. THE WORST PEOPLE. I’ve had TWO who has consistently showed up late10-15mins for our 30 minute sessions without communication. I’ve had one completely not show up. The other lady, Miss Nayab, had one completed session with me, the second session connection was terrible, she had absolutely NO recollection of our FIRST meeting. It seemed she had NO NOTES or even remembrance of our first career meet. The Second Lady, Miss Malika completely ghosted me and never contacted me to reschedule our meeting AFTER expressing to her my poor experience with Miss Nayab prior.
My advice, stay disciplined and focused with your work. YouTube and peers will be your best friend to prepare you for interviews, professional growth, practicing how you speak and annunciate, learning studying habits and giving yourself 3-4 hours daily to work on the chapters and study. The career coaches are not reliable. Miss Lakeisha was hands down the BEST coach I could ever ask for. She gave me amazing feedback and advice on how to advance my career and prepare me for the PTCB exam at the end of the pharmacy technician program.

Currently a surgical tech student
Currently a surgical tech student . Jasmine with the signup process was awesome with the sign up process , Farzeen & Geralyn were very helpful with the orientation process . I love the fact that this school assist with the ability to complete the course at your own pace. But I have been dealing with a couple of issues that’s not resolved still. They require 5 coaching sessions, which I have yet to have my first one on one with my “instructor “ (Aleyda) waited a month to meet with her and two days before I get a cancellation of the meeting with my response or reason why. Second issue is that regardless if you’re new to the program/field and it’s 100% online and being based in Austin . It’s the students responsibility to make sure you locate a hospital within your location to accept the school. Which they are not affiliated with any hospitals in the DFW area. Nor are they willing to make sure they initiate the willingness to assist with the number 1 area of healthcare to start an affiliation with a hospital in this location . Overall it feel like you doing all the work to sit and wait for no reason and can’t complete clinicals. Especially if people from around the world could sign up.
