The program is disorganized and difficult to navigate. The most frustrating for me has been trying to obtain my certificates after completion. The customer support has been terrible and has put me off multiple times. I still have not been able to obtain my official certificates.

Very cool experience. Helped me very well in figuring out how to help others and give good advice and services in the future.

This class had great material, however was not flexible to extend enough time for people who have 40 hour jobs and also dealing with COVID. I also didn’t like how I felt pressured that my real 40 hour job isn’t important and that I had to finish no matter what. I thought this was unprofessional and really was upsetting. Be careful before signing any documents with this course.

"I signed up with BHC because I already knew it takes more than just to know what to put on your plate and how to exercise to be truly healthy. I am a certified trainer and felt something was missing. People come to my gym and exercise, but not everyone gave me the impression to be truly happy. I wanted to change that. With studying the BHC program I found the missing pieces! Now I feel I have completed the puzzle of How to become a happy, healthy and fit person. In fact, I LOVE the program. The knowledge is prepared in an "easy language" and therefore usable right away to pass it on to my clients. No translation needed. This was very important to me since not everyone has finished a science education. The videos are kept short and engaging. With Carey and Stacey bringing in their own experiences it feels closer to real life. The program requires you to work with 2 practice clients which had me hesitating when I got to the point in my studies. BUT after my first session I gained confidence because I found out Carey and Stacey were right. My clients were exactly like they told us they might be. I had clients "out of the book"! I think working with practice clients is extremely valuable and really helps you gaining confidence in coaching. When I looked for a program to expand my knowledge I stumbled on BHC. Although it was a more expensive program I signed up. Why? Because I felt and still feel it is a well rounded program. You don't only gain all the knowledge in nutrition, behavior change, and life coaching but even more important you get all the tools to implement it into your coaching. You get a structured 90-Day program "ready for you" to pass it on to your clients. This is Hugh! You learn how to set up your first meeting to "sell" your program. We call it "OTR" - Opening The Relationship. Awesome! I am very happy I choose BHC for my studying because there is no better program out there to get certified as a Health Coach AND Life Coach. HCI is the most well-rounded coaching program i have ever come across, and i did my homework before i signed up. What i found very powerful about this program is that you can practicing small elements of coaching from the very first week. That to me is key to a great coaching program. Thank you HCI.
