"The BHC program has been an inspirations journey. Starting BHC program in 2019 I was diagnosed with Diabetes. My father is a diabetic on dialysis and I did not want to walk the same path. The BHC program has provided me with knowledge to change behavioral habits, be confident and to persevere through the challenges and have grace on days we need grace. Each little success is a win. BHC provided the tools, resources and a network of colleagues to walk the journey with me. Now after completing the program and doing the program for myself, I am no longer a diabetic. 2020 was the best year of my life because I pursued my studies to Become Health and Life Coach with Health Coach Insititute. The timing could not have been better. The skills I learned and practiced during this process helped me thrive during this turbulent life of 2020 COVID. During this journey, I helped dozens of people with their depression, bad mood, poor eating habits, etc. The coping and thriving tools I learned in BHC helped me lose 40 lb of my weight, heal my leg that was partially paralyzed, and gain strength and stamina to train for a triathlon. I am forever grateful to the Health Coaching institute for creating this program that helped transform my life, my health, and now my career. I am so stocked to continue growing as a Coach with Health Coach institute's Mastery Program. I now prod to say that I am a certified Health and Life Coach, and I help people live a healthy, happy, and fulfilled life.

What a BEAUTIFUL experience!! From the first call, to onboarding, and the process of working through the program i could not have asked for a more thorough ,systematic and mentoring coaching school. I never expected to become so attached to the program....it not only lends itself to teaching you how to help others with better habits but how TRANSFORMATIONAL it has been for my own LIFE! I have been in the Health Coaching program over the last four months. I must sincerely say that it has been a worthwhile venture that I am pursuing. Yet, I believe the best is yet to come as I see myself training to become a Health & Life Coach. Bravo to Stacey & Carey!
