HCI Pathway's program has been absolutely phenomonal, best experience ever. The staff and students as well as program and resources were very informative. I highly recommend for anyone who's seriously considering this profession.

I am almost done with my 2nd course with them. The become a health and life coach course was a great base to begin coach training. But I didn't feel confident starting my own business with only this course. And I was disappointed that completing the training didn't give me enough to be certified with ICF as a coach. I felt like this wasn't made clear and partly because I didn't know what questions to ask. Having credentials as a coach is important to a lot of people when networking and growing a business. If I had known about pathway first, I would have begun my coaching journey there. I have good connections in the medical field and enrolled in the Pathway program because this course enables you to sit for the national board exam for health and wellness. This program has been so awesome! I love that the cohorts are kept small and intimate. There is a lot of student and faculty interaction. I love that we actually get to meet with the faculty for feedback on our big assignments, that we have live class each week with the instructors, the structure of coaching and the focus on positivity. It's been such an amazing experience!

I purchased this course about a year ago. Unfortunately, the video, audio, and quality of these courses are so bad I couldn't even start. You can tell these courses were made in 2010, Its not worth the money and I feel really discouraged on becoming a health coach, they just want your money and will forget about you, no one ever called me back after trying to make my concerns. If you want to try it out pay month to month and not in full like I did. I didn't even tell my fiancé how much I spent... for nothing. I read the reviews and gave it a chance, I was hesitant on writing my review but I really hope no one else has to go through something like this.

First and foremost, I’m sorry to read that your experience with HCI was not what you had hoped for. Upon reviewing with our support team, since your cohort started in August 2021, we hadn’t heard from you (aside from an email regarding handouts) and our records do not indicate that you had reached out regarding poor experience. Although our founders initially joined forces in 2010, the course has gone through many many iterations since then - including a larger overhaul in October 2020 of Pillar 1. The content in subsequent Pillars of the course is slightly older, however, it is regularly reviewed (with a few tweaks here and there) to ensure we are providing the best value possible, which includes taking into account all student feedback, such as yours. Our Become a Health Coach program is also reviewed and annually accredited through ICF with the CCE (Continuing Coach Education) designation to ensure the program’s compliance and validity. Our goal is to always be as honest and transparent as possible, and in the event that a student feels the course is not a good fit for them, we offer all students a money-back guarantee, regardless of the reason for the request, provided that a request is made in writing to our offices or via email to our Support Department during the refund period. This policy provides students sufficient time to review course materials (with the first several weeks of content being available) and determine if they would like to continue forward with the course. Although our goal is to provide value to our students, we understand that our program may not be the ideal program for all students. Where do I start?! This school has been such a beautiful blessing! It has transformed my heart, mind, soul! Honestly if I knew what was going to come out of this experience I would've paid DOUBLE even TRIPLE. But the fact that HCI is so humble and has such a huge heart of sharing with the world makes me want to cry tears of JOY. The people I have met/worked with, the things I've learned. I enjoyed every step of the program. I chose this program because it provided dual certification in life and health coaching, it provided guidance through 6 complementary coaching sessions with skilled coaches, a large community of fellow students that you could learn from and lifetime access to the dashboard.

If you have any kind of healthcare background/ self help book/ trainer then this is an overtly basic course where they’re good at moral building and cashing in on women that want to be their own boss. I’ve encountered a ton of HCI graduates and they’re not earning any or even enough to make a living. I just finished a legitimate certificate and there were a good portion of students there that were also duped by HCI. They have a great sales pitch and motivating conferences but overall what they teach you is very basic skills. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY paying for this course and whatever you do don’t do the dumb mastery program. After finishing this course if anything I was embarrassed of the basic stuff I would have to coach people on.
