I loved the HCI community! The skills labs built my confidence, friendships, and skills, while giving me the support I needed to move through my own challenges. I wish they'd offered the Life Coaching segment first, and had the "Health" portion as a subset, much like Career, Love, Spiritual, and other topics were treated. My clients were not drawn to the food explorations and I had to adapt the 12 week TP to be broader "life coaching" which was hard starting out. The health portion was very "eating/food challenges" focused, and i wanted more on overall wellness.. deeper teaching on benefits/effects of different movement, effects of hormones, aging, mental health, and more.
