Health Coach Institute is the best learning experience I have had so far, it is life - changing! I did not feel lost like a tiny fish in the ocean, there was connectivity to help as often as needed. The professionalism and expertise, of Carey and Stacey are unparalleled. Their teachings bolstered students' critical thinking and understanding. Classes were exciting, empowering, practical and engaging. The peer to peer coaching, demo labs, flexibility and accessibility to classes at any time and anywhere in the world gives HCL its cutting edge above all others. My profession takes me all over the globe, I was able to attend all the classes at all time zones I found myself! I did not miss any day of class, all work were done at my own pace and strength. Through HCL peer to peer coaching, I have made friends all around the world and we stay connected even after HCL classes. I am forever grateful that there is free accessibility for all old students to all the classes [the videos] , all the labs , and materials used during the school year. This makes HCL a continuum institute, old students can always go back to learn, unlearn and relearn without any extra tuition. Thank you Carey, Stacey , demo teachers, and all staff of HCL. This program has been incredibly good! Anytime I have a question, I reach out to the support team and get my answer within 24 hours or less. We are being taught the tools to be successful and get to practice those tools with others in our cohort regularly. Finally, we are being given the chance to be coached with a wonderful TCM coach 9 times during our 9 month to 1 year of study. I LOVE TCM.

Great value, so much good info given in a way that's easy to absorb. The network of students and coaches is amazing, easy to get answers and support when needed.

This company had the audacity to take money they played every provoking gaslight game they could they actually messed with the logins they actually hung up phones on my face they didn't have any customer service not only did they sit there and string me along for 6 months actually was really good at what I do and they actually did everything they could to cause problems with logins and they have some off-colored Oprah jokes I didn't like and then they had some inappropriate conduct that I didn't find cute or professional then also I report them over to the board about their problematic behavior and their misconduct and not only did they hang up onto my face in their Canada office they hung up phones in my face at their Colorado and Idaho office they have a lot of misconduct that went on online and I didn't find them any type of professional and they had a poor level of delivery of service and customer service when it came down to it I find them the most deplorable failure in coaching in an institution of coaching and I recommend that they be shut down honestly I don't know who they bribed for good reviews but they were absolutely horrible and horrific I didn't find anything that they said or did funny and I don't find anything that they ever did in any way shape or form any type of cute about making fat Oprah jokes and I didn't find anything that they did to me in the logins and playing with it and William was their it that did that they should be shut down they should be sued for what they cost me $6,648 in fact they should be sued for every bit of the waste of time of six months of my time this was 2017-2018 I want you guys to know you need to be blue Air they got their pics and chooses who they work with and who they like to sit there and do right by they did me dirty and there's multiple people who had complaints so I don't know who they paid off and bribes to give them good reviews but they don't deserve it Let me further ad that they're a little response they're telling lies because they deliberately cause problems with my coaching experience in fact they sat there and strung me along for weeks and months and then when I talk to them about their it problems which their ideas on Amazon they did everything they could to lock me out of my account they made inappropriate misconducting jokes and that was Stacy Morgan Stern and Carrie Peterson and the one that made the fat Oprah joke was Carrie Peterson I haven't forgot who did it not only did they set up there and not answer the phone they hung up my face multiple times the international coaching federation was called on them I know who I talk to and the last name was Kelly and I will tell you I referred them over to have a federal investigation a civil criminal indictment against them and they should have their coaching license and they're teaching license revoked and removed they are nothing but a disgusting despicable out of order provoking gaslighting bunch of off color remark that Oprah jokes that they made and that was done in the live recording and not only did they have disconnection with the live recordings multiple time but I did finish all of my work not only did they sit there and try me but they kept on trying to press my buttons provoking gas light but what they didn't know is I'm related to Oprah Winfrey directly and I'm related to Oprah Winfrey just so you understand so there's nothing that I made up they actually did this and it's actually in my sealed Federal records so you can understand exactly why I'm dragging them for everything that they're worth they're not worth the deliberate gaslighting provoking that they did the deliberate levels of misconduct that they pulled and everything that they pulled all through 2018 and 2019 was in consistent with what they preach that they do and everything that they have is old content I was able to find it elsewhere and while they were up here playing it's from 2010 so there's nothing new it's a scam scheme and fraud and they're nothing but out of order provoking gas sign miserable toxic people they locked me out of my account and the Amazon strings proved and I had a forensic investigator that proved that they sat there and messed with the password I was locked out of my account and William is the one that was their it that did that he was in Colorado so I want you guys to understand exactly how far it's going to go in civil criminal Court civil lawsuits and criminal lawsuit for what they did to me and that was 2018 on into 2019 so all the things that they're responding are nothing but a pack of lies they are nothing but a fraud scheme and scam and that's why I actually talk to the coaching federation about them and I've recommended them be shut down and they should so the lies that they're telling in the response are straight up lies

This was a wonderful program. It allowed me time to complete the assignments and helped me to become a better mentor to my staff.

This is an amazing and helpful course the videos are so clears and the tutors Carey and Stacey were full of knowledge and explained with clear vocabulary it totally changes my life especially after having a health issue this was part of the solution to healing it teach you how to be healthy and have the right habits and how to overcome any obstacles it is like magic !! and i keep learning new things every time i review my documents. The head office service is excellent to answer any question and there is no waiting time i recommend this course for everyone it is important to help yourself and others and feel alive 😊

I really liked the course and instructors. I think it would be really nice to have a classroom on the HCI website. So when you are working on something and have a question it is right there vs. elsewhere. Also there should be some kind of follow-up..... either a call or a 2 month coaching call. We finish an never hear anything again; unless you have another offer for us to pay for..... I know am not the only one not making much money and still paying $299 a month for the program. There is no way I can afford another $100+. My thoughts...... Michelle
