The program is extremely effective in preparing you for the coaching business. But, initial focus on health exclusively, leaves a gap that needs further knowledge, that is acquired later on in the course. More references are needed for the information provided, especially for the medical and psychological terms used. Personal interaction with the coaches in one on one office hours, and coaching sessions' supervision to correct and improve techniques are necessary. Anyway, it is a really complete program and preparation for coaching in the real world.

It was all there! I loved the videos each week with the cheerful hosts. So up lifting, both of them! I felt so encouraged! I got it done easily with their help! I’m so pleased! 😃

It was absolutely not worth what I payed for it. I’m not saying I didn’t learn anything I’m saying at the price, I should’ve went somewhere else. I do not recommend

I am so happy that I chose to enroll with Health Coach Institute. The Health & Life coaching program is awesome! I learned a lot about myself, my beliefs and my habits. I gained confidences in areas I did not know I needed to work on. I learned how to breathe again. This experience has been one of the best life changing experiences for me. I am so excited to begin my coaching journey to help others to gain confidence and be empowered to have successful changes in their lives. Thank you to Health Coach Institute for provide a great curriculum, a great learning experience and just being the amazing, kind and compassionate people that you ALL are!!

Course not as engaging as it could be. Mostly pre-recorded content

I had enough time to process each and every class. Skills lab helped a lot. Support team also helps a lot U can always go back to the .material which is great Instead of being thrown into a cosching session, you are given guidelines and a script to follow if this is something u wish.

I have learned so much in the last six months!! What I LOVE about this program is that there is so much truth in the lessons, which brings about habit change when applied. The use of agency (choices) and accountability is super innate in everyone and very applicable to the success of the program. Very well applied. I really like the positivity, motivation and encouragement that is woven throughout the whole program which, can and should spill over into our personal lives. I love the idea of experiencing change using curiosity, discovery and experimenting. After all, life is a big experimental journey- with the tools we have been given, it blesses our journey and gives us a sort of guide along the way.

The program is extremely thorough and has so much great information!! Stacey and Carey are amazing!! So glad I signed up and invested in myself.
