I love the Health Coach Institute They are such an extraordinary company, they take you through your own journey when you join them for your course. Even if you don't want to be a health coach the course will change your life. Everyone should do it. Caroline

Lack of legitimate support. Way too short a timeframe to decide if the program is a good fit, and cannot get refund of $5K (which is a lot of money). The website is clunky, the student support page is crap. When I mentioned that the links weren’t very helpful, I was basically told I was doing it wrong. The Coach support calls are so generic, my assigned coach advocate was not a good fit. The weekly trickle flow of the info is frustrating...I could have had such a much better experience for completion time if they hadn’t held the information hostage. They really need a textbook or some sort of program PDF for people to use. Just overall, not an ideal program. Very disappointed.

A lot of what I’ve seen in Mastery is a repeat of BHC. The material is very similar and doesn’t go much deeper - just spread out over my time. Most of the content is pre recorded and does not feel like a good value for the price

Great content. Qualified in Feb 2018 and still have not received certificate. Content not specific enough to Australian students. Check out Tyler Tolman: he does this very well by getting to know his market.
