Same story as other reviews. Placed order, they took my money, almost a month later I had to contact them because no shipping updates had happened. They emailed me back and said I had picked local delivery…which I hadn’t - I had entered my home address and everything correctly. Told me that I could re-order but when I looked on the website it was 60% more. If I hadn’t written to them, they would’ve kept my money. I found through google search/shopping. This is a scam. Do not order from them. As an update, they claimed that they credited my card back, but they didn’t. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charge.

Same story as most reviews I’ve read here, wish I had checked trust pilot first before I placed my order. How could you let an order just sit there without any action or without informing the person that it wasn’t in stock? If I hadn’t written to them, would they have even offered me a refund? I found through google search/shopping. Thoroughly disgusted, I hope they go out of business because it seems like they are just scamming people.

I ordered on December-10-2022. But I did not get any response regarding my order. Please let me know my order status.

Placed an order on 12/23/22 and as of 1/9/23 it was not received. I sent 2 emails that were finally responded to and was told that because I "chose the local delivery option and as I live outside the local Dallas area it created an issue in the system" Why wouldn't I chose local from Dallas to Chgo? I did look on their site - many times and could not see where the order was coming from. There are no addresses on their site. I feel this site is a scam!

I suspect Health Central USA is a scam company. I found this company via Google search for health products. I was attracted to their website by their low advertised prices for products. I placed an order on 12/02/2022 and it's now 01/02/2023 and my order has still not arrived. I received a confirmation email of my order but no tracking number or shipping information was provided. I called the contact number for the company that I found on my credit card statement and reached an automated massage stating "all team members/employees are forced to work remotely due to the pandemic and can only communicate via email or live chat online". Now in an attempt to get refunded I emailed the company and contacted my credit card company to investigate.

I give to them 0 stars I ordered my stuff a month ago they never sent me my product I emailed them and got no response scam company

Everything was perfect price product but after placing order and 2weeks later not receiving product I contacted the seller and was informed that the Neutrogena naturals face wash was discontinued so would receive a refund I did but just disappointed how it took my money and wasted my time and can't buy it at the other spot because it's sold out after 2weeks
