I ordered and the product wasn't available but it you still took my money =) However, I was later issued a refund after I reached out so that's the reason for the 5 stars. I don't think I like the idea of a company still taking my money even though they don't have a product available and then not personally reaching out to me. That is not okay with me. You are offering me a service. I don't need extra things to do. I'd rather shop elsewhere. Thanks!

My "Excellent" review is for Melody, who responded to my email right away and explained the situation regarding my order. I give Health Central USA 1 star because they accepted my order for a product that was out of stock [without letting me know that was the case] and I heard nothing about the status of my order until I sent an email inquiring about it 10 days after I placed my order.

Costumer service got back with me right away. She issued me a refund!

I received a very quick response to questions about my order.

Tracy was so great. She was very patient, kind and responsive to help process a refund for a product that never came.

TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 150 in supplements. Got a confirmation of the order and then THAT WAS IT. No delivery on merch, impossible to reach, and when I finally did (via email) they sent me a FAKE CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD. Then they proceeded to BLOCK MY EMAIL ADDRESS when I tried to reach them again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

I have been waiting almost a month and haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact via phone, there is no such number(s); and email, that doesn’t exist...when I try to use their website for contacts, it takes me to the same page over and over...does anyone know a legitimate number for “Tracy” who is mentioned in many of the reviews?

I never received my order. They have had my money for over a month. The only contact or confirmation I had was at the time order was placed. Nothing to follow. I've tried to contact their company to receive no response and email had been shut down. Please, the price is right but don't get sucked into their scheme.
