Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I never received an email with the date of shipment nor if the item was shipped. I didn't receive a tracking number either. I went back to your website and couldn't find a why to track or check my order. I really liked your site for having the nebulizer I needed and was planning to purchase another from your company. However, since I was unable to know or was not informed when my order was shipped I don't know if my son's school received the badly needed nebulizer that I ordered.

I ordered a product that I had ordered before. They sent a product much inferior that in NO way would replace the ordered item. When i called them they said it was the recommended replacement since the manufacturer was no longer producing the product. I checked with the manufacturer and the product was NOT discontinued and they did not recommend the replacement which had a value less than 50% of the ordered product. I had to call 3 times to get a return label and then my money was not refunded until several month later after I filed a dispute with PayPal. Also, when I called Healthcare Supply Pros, twice it was obvious that I was not talking to a person in a office but to a person in a car because of road noise. That doesn't sound like "Pros."

They took my money for supplies and a 5-day delivery three weeks ago. Still no supplies. No answer to my emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I paid for merchandise I NEVER RECEIVED then got no response from the Merchant. Feeling like I was scammed. I will take up the matter and fight the charges with my credit card company. BUYERS BEWARE 1

I haven't gotten my order and i never got any tracking information. Very unhappy at this point

I ordered and paid for a nail clipper on 10/14, and when I called to ask when it would be delivered, the answer was on 10/26. When I remarked that it was an unreasonable delay I was informed that I could have chosen a quicker shipping method at additional cost. So, it takes 2 weeks to put a nail clipper in the mail? I find this type of delay unacceptable, and the argument that the clipper has to be sent from Illinois is completely irrelevant. Illinois is not on the other side of the world and can be contacted by email of phone. There is absolutely no reason that shipping should be delayed for nearly two weeks. Clearly I am being punished for not choosing another shipping method, one the company can make additional profit on. Customer "service" suggested that I select a faster shipping method the next time. I will go them one better, however - there will be no next time concerning Healthcare Supply Pros, or more correctly, Amateurs. Such treatment does not deserve return business and they will certainly get no such thing from me.

I placed an order on August 16, today is September 5 and it still hasn't arrived. Calling the California number is useless as nobody ever answers it, same goes for the 855 number. They also do not respond to email. Called the Texas number last Wednesday and miraculously got a live person to talk to. Was told that the item I ordered was on backorder which was not indicated when I placed my order, nor was an email sent explaining that the item was on backorder. So the man I talked to said he could get me the same product I ordered but in different packaging and that it would be sent via UPS and I should have it the next day or so. Still waiting. Tried calling the Texas number again and now get the message that their mailbox is full. This operation is questionable at best, a rip-off at worst. I wonder if I'll _ever_ receive my order? Update: After not receiving the order I finally did manage to get through to "customer service". I told him to cancel my order and he said he would. Two weeks (ish) go by and I noticed there was no refund on my credit card statement. Called my bank to start process of disputing the charge. Decided to give the company one more call. Turns out that the last person I talked to did NOT cancel my order as he said he would. And btw I still had not received my order - a month after placing it. This time I stayed on the phone until I got the confirmation email that the refund was submitted. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in all my years on the Internet.
