Good luck receiving your order or receiving any customer service it's been over a month haven't received anything yet. With zero reply to any of my email also can't get ahold of anybody on the phone. This company is a complete scam to take your money and run

Half of order arrived. I emailed once and they replied they would check with the warehouse and get back with me. They never got back with me, failed to answer my follow up emails, and never answer their phone. You can not reach them in any way I have discovered!

Jesus, try to get your order, then enjoy it falling apart ...AFTER returning it twice as you are shipped the WRONG ITEMS!

I ordered a labcoat over three weeks ago and still have not recieved it. Healthcare Supply Pros will not answer a phone call or respond to an email. I will not be ordering from this company again!

Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!

I ordered scrub pants put them in my cart and checked out without a problem. A week went by I emailed "where's my order" and didn't receive a reply, another week another email this time a rude unapologetic response. "You ordered discontinued merchandise and we emailed you your order was canceled" Not exactly folks. Twenty minutes after my order confirmation email I received an email containing a small square box titled 'credit card void receipt' there was NO text or explaination whatsoever! This was unclear and very unprofessional as was their eventual reply. Zero star rating in my book.

Half of my order was not fulfilled. Then when I tried to contact the company on multiple occasions I couldn't reach anyone. I tried to email them and was also unsuccessful. I have yet to receive the other half of my order or a refund for this portion of this order. I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs. You can not get in touch with this company!! Update....it took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before the other half of my order shipped. Not once, did I hear from the company...no phone call....no return email....NOTHING....by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I received an email 2 days after ordering G tubes that they had been shipped and I was so pleased at the quick turn around. The package arrived today with the wrong product in it. I have called and left a message but so far no response from the company.
