seven days and order has not shipped yet according to the tech i talke to on the phone with today 9/27/12, very slow to ship but bet they have processed payment already. yes as promised i did receive the procut ordered today 9/28/12 and it is the correct item as promised and shipped as ethan had promised i am very pleased!

Everything was great except that they shipped the wrong product. Karim quickly corrected everything and I am waiting for my product to arrive.

Navigation could be a little better. Maybe if they had a search by price and rating?

The service rep was very helpful in resloving a major problem with the websites product display page. That problem could easily be resloved by the company setting up the product displays. I needed to order a set of 5 inch wheels for my dad's Gaurdian walker, easy enough. However, all the displays for the walker attachments HAD THE SAME PICTURE!! Even though the product SKU numbers were for diffrerent products, with the same picture for each product we can't tell what we are ordering. The web rep was able to decifer the codes and we ordered the right product which arrived in a timely manner and was correct. Another issue...they need to have a Customer Service telephone number on the web page. The only number on there was the ordering number which I had to call to resolve this problem. Overall, I'd use the company again, but they need to resolve this problem especially if an older person attempts to order any walker attachments given the usual age group that uses walkers.

I ordered my scrubs Monday, had them on my back Wednesday. Doesn't get much better than that!! :D The only part I didn't like was that i wasn't able to verify my order was placed online and nobody ever answered the phone when i called customer service. That could just be a staffing problem but still. Having never used this site before it would have been nice to verify everything was processing. So 1 star off for that, otherwise it was a 5star experience. Definitely will order scrubs here in the future.

Good company, gets your moneys worth and delivers all orders at once. But needs to improve on their communications and updating you while your orders are pending. I ordered something which they did not have and they did not inform me until i called to know why my orders have not arrived only for them to say they are sorry. That was not funny to me because it delayed my supply. Inspite of that i will still buy same product from them any-day anytime, THEY ARE GOOD!!!
