I ordered 6 boxes of medline stainless steel #10 blades on 5/8/24 with shipping time of 4-5 days. $227. 26. I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating “ticket received” and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven’t gotten any correspondence from their company. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.

Tried contacting the company multiple times because I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping information but was charged over a week ago. Still hasn’t responded to any emails. Phone line is disconnected. This is an extremely sketchy website. Do not order from them.

Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange

No I have not received my order!

I have yet to receive the seat that I ordered for 69.99. Nor have I received any shipping info.. It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered seat for my toilet with folding arms and I haven’t received any action from your company. Please respond back.

I wish I could leave less than one star. Placed an order for monoject syringes. When it came they were some off the wall brand made in China. Tried to call them and never could speak to a real person. Would never consider buying anything from this pos company again.

First time I ordered from this website I received everything fast. Second time I ordered, it never came and when I tried to reach out a month later they said “we cancelled your order 2 weeks ago” without even emailing me to tell me and their reason was they were really busy. Which I understood but they could have atleast told me they cancelled my order. So I figured I’d try it out again and now the same thing has happened haven’t heard anything about my order from three weeks ago.. tried to call but they don’t take calls anymore only emails. Never ordering from here again.
