The people was really nice. They answered the phone.

When I was done talking to Mrs.Elliot, she told me that I would recieve in the mail , my card and some other stuff. And I had checked something thst asked me, how did I want to be contacted and I checked TEXT MESSAGES. I DONT KNOW IF IT IS THIS HEALTHCARE BUNCH, BUT THE DAY AFTER TALKING TO MRS.ELLIOT. MY PHONE STARTING NEXT MORNING , HAS RANG NON-STOP. DONT KNOW IF THIS YALL OR NOT, BUT I SURE WISH IF IT IS. YOU WOULD STOP CALLING ME . IF NEED TO CONTACT ME, TEXT, EMAIL, ANYTHING BUT CALLING ME. MY PHONE HAS RUNG I KNOW YESTERDAY AND TODAY AT LEAST 25 TO 30 TIMES IN A 9 TO 10HOUR PERIOD. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER SIGNED UP FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE BUNCH AND next day , my phone not stop ringing. If not yall. Just disregard. If it is yall. Stop now. Need to contact me email me or text but stop blowing my phone up.

The person who helped me was respectful and polite.

Victor was not only awesome but very helpful as well!! He was a pleasure to work with. I learned alot on things that I knew nothing about.

Everybody listen to me when I spoke.They didn't interrupt me.They didn't try to push something on me.I didn't want they took care of my needs and they made sure.I got the best care possible
