I’m on disability, but I guess I’m too young to be helped
From what I saw on your advertisement to what could actually be offered to me because I’m on disability, did not help me at all. I kept on being put through another representative because I guess I’m on total disability and I’m too young.

The agent took time to sincerely clarify the coverage a client would be taking part in with a plan. There was no rush. I myself is a new plan member as of this month and will use my account information totally.

I really need to sit up for Medicare
Wait to long and you end up being sent to different people. But the people working there are good at information and letting you understand what you must do.

Very polite reps throughout the whole…
Very polite reps throughout the whole process. Informative and knowledgeable. Gave me all the numbers to reach both United Healthcare and Healthcare Select. I appreciated their time and patience, especially Miss Jay Woods. Which kind of made me chuckle tat we share the same last name.
