Called HealthCare Select and the agent that I got, Nicco, did a fairly in-depth review of my health conditions and the medications that I was on. She was able to find a program on the same insurance that I have and include more benefits without changing my primary care or my specialists. She was very informative of every step we took and told me to call back after discussing with my existing HMO. The facts and details of the new plan were verified by me with my insurance carrier. The details offered for 100% correct and I will be starting the new plan as of next month.
