The few people that I spoke with were very informative they were very quick and they were very friendly took time to answer my questions and got me a bonus a better plan which is a bonus on my part so all in all I'm very satisfied

Received a call at 8:45 am, just getting up, very stiff in the am, young lady was asking me questions, I didn't know the pronunciation of my PCP or the spelling so she said she couldn't provide me with any other information. I have already told her my birthday, address ect. Not happy, considering cancelling and going back to my previous insurance.
