So first of all after I explain at the transfer me to especially's who knows the detail and then after I wait for about 40 minutes I got disconnected and then it started over again that transport again for the second time and the gosh talking so soft and nothing get done I just ended the conversation so still not get the job done

All three people I talked to were very knowledgeable. They went through the different companies. And all I'm doing is Just waiting to hear from UHC.
