Beware purchasing from this company! This is a China based company and the customer service is extremely lacking!!! The 30 day guarantee starts as soon as you order it no matter how long it takes to get to you. And if you hit day 29 and inquire about returning a unused laser because the vet does not recommend this treatment then you are out of luck and stuck with it!

I wish I could figure out how to replace or edit my original review. I purchased the Domer 1000mW Laser therapy machine. I’ve had it for about 1.5 years now and in my honest opinion, it does help with pain control. There are a few reasons why I rated this review so low. The biggest reason for my low rating is that I spent nearly $1000 on what I thought was a 3B laser, as it is advertised. You know what? It isn’t, it is a 3R laser. The strength of a 3R laser (it says so on their own box), which are not typically used for therapy because they have less than 5mW of power. It is compared to a barcode scanner, laser pointer, etc. The actual device is a copy cat of Grady Medical’s, Grady “VetFlash.” Please look it up. The box has a picture of the device, but it isn’t quite right. I’ve now completed extensive training that my job requires on laser therapy and safety. The eye protection should have the level of protection it covers on it or they could just be sunglasses. With all this being said, I regret my purchase because what am I actually using on my already painful body? Did I spend $1000 on a glorified laser pointer? The product isn’t what it advertised as and I wish I would have known that. A REPLY TO THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE: What was said from Domer is not true. I have proof of being sold a NOT AS ADVERTISED MEDICAL DEVICE. You are continuing to say that it is a Class 3B Laser, when I can prove what you are saying is not true. If you would like me to continue to elaborate and post on how others can check their own machines on what they spent their money on, I am more than willing to do that. Until then, I will be reaching out to seek a full refund.

My first order was lost in transit. The replacement I received arrived with the box and safety goggles already opened, and it even included another customer’s handwritten return note with their name and order number. It appeared that another customer’s return was shipped directly to me without being inspected or repackaged, which raises concerns about the company’s quality control. Customer service was frustrating because I received changing explanations and resolutions. It wasn’t until I requested to speak with a supervisor that they acknowledged they had mixed up my emails with another customer’s and honored the previously offered partial refund.

I ordered this to try. It did not seem effective and the recommended duration and frequency will not work with my patients. They are completely unreachable to pursue “free return.” I will change this review if I ever hear back but for now I am out $400 and have a useless unit.

ATTN TRUSTPILOT: The business reply below violates guidelines by posting my personal information. Please Investigate and remove. Thank you I bought a laser for myself in April of 2026. It was helping so much. All the sudden it stopped working and I have used every way to contact Domer and keep getting the run around. I have had a rude message sent to me and still waiting on help for warranty help I looked up phone number in the USA and it doesn’t work. It’s not like I spent $20 bucks for something. I spent hundreds and it stopped working and I can get no support. It was a good product while it worked but after the sale service is lacking or there is not going to be any. Update: I was accused of many things in the review left by Domer after just giving my “after the sale warranty issue. I kept all of the communication between us because I couldn’t believe the treatment. I have sent multiple request for the pay pal information to pay for shipping. I just get a generic response about Domer lasers. I don’t threaten people. I am going to show what was said to me and hopefully it will be the end of all this. This is one of many hateful things I was told……. “After you delete your review then we will give you support.”

I needed a laser urgently, I purchased on line and requested a ship date, nothing, 3days later I requested a cancellation (bought another with faster delivery) still no answer, one week later I received email that product was shipped, no longer needed! Tried dispute with Credit Card, but since it was delivered (and still unopened) can’t help. They will not answer.

Scam company!! Run far away from this company. They are CHINESE and sell fake equipment that does not work. When you try to return their crappy merchandise, they threaten to put your name and address on the internet (idiots. It's all public record anyway). Do not do business with them.
