We are so sorry to hear that Budd. We wanted to let you know that you choose your shipping at checkout and first class is much cheaper than the priority that you chose. Hopefully that would help in the future. Also all orders over $100 we pay for shipping. I know shipping prices have gone up and it’s frustrating for you and us as things are getting more expensive. We truly hope you will come back but understand if the shipping is just too much. -HH

The product is wonderful
The product is wonderful. It definitely is helping with the neuropathy. This paste jar did seem a bit more grainy in texture than the lasts?! Still seems to be working. Thank you

For the price I paid for shipping I should have received it sooner.

We are sorry to hear that. We suggest going with first class because it is cheaper and usually there in the same amount of time. Priority shipping is more expensive. We have had issues with the USPS getting delayed and we are very sorry to hear about your order is taking too long to get to you. Nothing wrong just wondering why I never receive coupons… I was recommended by relative n to date I told her never received coupon of any kind. Thank you I did send email with order placed today 9-11-24.

Very nice
I communicated before I bought anything and they were very wonderful/helpful that way. I have not used the product much yet to be able to say how that is but the customer service was great. Dog treats are very hard & other treats I’ve used from other places were soft ~ I didn’t read the information to find out more on treats so that’s my fault.

Healing Harbors is the ONLY brand I use…
Healing Harbors is the ONLY brand I use because it really works. When I run out of the CBD tincture, my pain increases significantly and my mobility is also reduced. It's a blessing!
