HORRIBLE PURCHASE
Purchased online and received a RollOn-CBD25-Frankincense_10ml "Peaceful & Present". I must have received a very, very old one of these, way pass its' shelf life. Even after shaking the container, all I could smell was very, VERY old oil. If I push my nose hard into my wrist after applying this, I possibly got a vague hint of citrus. The description of this product highlights 'Frankincense' in it. Nothing but the aroma of very old oil. I had to trash this product since Owner was dismissive and offered no remedy.

If you'd ever like to return any unopened items, we are always happy to send over a pre-paid shipping label for a full refund once it arrives back at our facility. But unfortunately for health and safety reasons we cannot process a return of any used products. The oil roller you particularly didn't care for is not for everyone - we use a therapeutic blend of essential oils known for bringing peace and calm to the wearer. It is not meant to be a perfume, as so many of our customers are very sensitive to strong scents. We value your feedback though - good or bad it is always gold to us - so thank you for trying Healing Harbors and we hope you take care 💚
