I was expecting more people, more engagement, more initiatives, less boring more activities, I came from very far away from this, I thought it was something else, bigger, more international, more professional

I think as far as the experience goes it has been great but I think It will be grew to include more about the hoste county for instance go for. A walk a litle field trip

I was invited as guest speaker by HISA. I am very amazed by the Organization of this team. It’s an amazing opportunity to meet many people with vision and dreams from all over the world (+60 countries!) congrats for all the hard work and commitment you put

I attended the Young Global Convention with high expectations, as the platform brings together motivated and talented young delegates from diverse backgrounds. The intent and vision of the convention are commendable, and the enthusiasm of the participants was evident throughout. However, the overall management and organization could be significantly improved. On the first day, the program started quite late, which affected the momentum and energy of the event. Many young delegates felt disengaged. Clearer communication and better time management would have helped maintain enthusiasm and respect participants’ schedules. That said, the networking opportunities and the diversity of perspectives were valuable, and the convention has strong potential to become a truly impactful global platform. With better logistical planning, stricter adherence to schedules, and more proactive coordination, future editions of the Young Global Convention could offer a much stronger and more inspiring experience for its delegates. I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit intended, as the initiative itself is important and worth strengthening.

I did not appreciate the thirst for control that the first speaker of the day had and wished that the discussions were more risky and adaptive to the knowledge of the audience. There should be no taboo subjects or confrontation in terms of the participants since it’s a voluntary event. The discussions were also pretty cliche, and should have focused more on solutions.

I really like the Youth Statements since it was a great way to open up as delegates. I also enjoyed the location of the convention (maybe not the time itself of it being too rainy and gloomy). I would recommend that maybe search up topics that are more up to date. For example: mental health, AI, cyber bullying and security, etc. I felt that some topics aren't as interesting or in top of what the world is doing.
