Very good experience overall. My only wish would be for the packs to have 5 minute segments.

I love the program and use it daily. I had tried other meditation products and did not have success implementing a regular practice

I've been using it for over a month now and I like it a lot. Andy makes meditation doable. Plus, the app keeps me on track. I also like the animations a lot. They are not only super cute, but they really explain the concepts well.

I have been selling your App to many like minded people on the basis I like the way it’s laid out in categories. The flexibility of the session timings work well for me, depending on how much time I get to myself each day. It’s great now to be able to jump in & out of different categories without loosing your place on other categories. I definitely benefit from the little chat at the beginning of each session because it helps me bring my mind into the right space before starting the exercise. I don’t always get to practice every day, but I do really value my headspace time when I do get it & look forward to that time. Thank you for the ongoing improvements & updates.
