Hi Michael, Thanks very much for your note and we are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your Headspace experience so far. It's okay if you're not "there" yet - learning to meditate is like learning any other skill, like driving a car - you don't expect to hit the motorway after your first few lessons. Be patient with yourself, and take it slowly and without expecting too much, too quickly. Also try to avoid judging your meditation. Never look for perfection in your meditation practice, simply keep going from one technique to the next as part of the journey and over time you will see the change. Most of all though, be kind to yourself and remember that we are talking about the body and mind letting go of habits of a lifetime. Hi Mike, We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your subscription. After taking a look at your account, we were unable to locate a duplicate charge. However since you subscribed through iTunes, you would need to contact them directly in regards to your billing matter. Unfortunately, we don't actually have access to iTunes' billing system.
