I have never signed up with this company. Some how my Visa card has been billed. I try to call them only an answering machine left message many times no call back. What kind of good business would not call you back. If I accidentally signed up it doesn’t explain the no call back and not even a email back because I have left them messages that way as well.Do not believe any good reviews! I will take this down if the company calls me or email me back

I cancelled my account Dec last year and spoke it through with them. After a year of not using the app and no contact they have proceeded to take £50.00 out of my bank account. They are now not answering my emails. Really good for mental health having £50.00 taken from no where, in a cost of living crisis and this close to Christmas.

Es ist nicht möglich, einen Kontakt zum Kundendienst zu bekommen, wenn man das Abo kündigen möchte. Mein Abo läuft einfach weiter, ich weiß nicht, wie ich da rauskommen soll. Nach einem Monat bekam ich vom Kundendienst die Nachricht, man entschuldige sich für die späte Rückmeldung, und wenn mein Problem weiterhin bestehe, solle ich mich erneut an den Kundendienst wenden. Offered me a free trial, and when I signed up charged me automatically £50 on the same day with no free trial, and now they are refusing to refund me. After 7 days of trying to contact them via email I eventually had to find them on Instagram to get a hold of anyone. They said I must have already used a free trial years ago and so now I have to pay. So WHY did you offer me a free trial if I wasn’t eligible? It should say ‘sorry you aren’t eligible for this service.’ At this point I don’t even know if they’re lying if I did use a free trial it must have been sooo long ago. They have now told me to speak to Apple. But I don’t think Apple are going to be much use either. It’s so funny to me how a company can take your money but have problems giving it back. Do NOT use this company, scammers.

I was on a free “trial” and noticed that they put through my bank a yearly fee before the trial was up. Customer service is horrific.

Dreadful experience. They took £49.99 without warning, partly my inattention. I tried now to reset my password in order to cancel my subscription. Headspace said they would send an email. They didn't. Went to Trustpilot and was horrified by the poor reviews.

I subscribed to the headspace app following a recommendation by my psychologist. Less than 48 hrs into listening to various relaxing themed scenarios I realised this was not for me and 'is not fit for purpose' The relaxing music is dreadful and all music sounds the same, I felt more anxious trying to listening to this garbage. **Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money!** I urge anybody who is thinking of using the headspace app to steer well clear of it. It should be called mindf**k app. Also in Australia under Australian Consumer Law if something is not fit for purpose then you can ask for a refund, but not this company they refused refund and gave a complimentary 2 month access for a friend (as if I'm going to do that) This company is exploiting people who are trying to get through traumatic events in their lives. I put my faith and money into hoping you could help but now you've just added another stress in my life - SHAME ON YOU HEADSPACE! **I do not recommend this app as these people are scoundrels** Avoid headspace like a the plague.

Auto renewal - like other reviewers, there was no prior reminder like most decent companies do before annual renewal, just had the ‘thank you for payment’ notification. I emailed straight away explaining that I haven’t used in months and didn’t want to renew, got a holding email, then a ‘sorry for delay’ email and then nothing and no reply to my next two emails. I have since raised this through pay pal in the hopes that they take that seriously, but I am extremely disappointed that a ‘wellbeing’ app treats people this way. I do not recommend and would suggest using one of their competitors.
