Fact is, we must all understand that shipping times during the holidays can be so frustrating, especially those orders that moved out at almost 10pm on Dec. 24th just like yours. Georia, I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with this order. Looks like this is still in transit. We are working on locating it now. Between Covid and the holiday season, shipping has been quite a challenge. We do know how frustrating that can be and are working to figure this out as quickly as possible.

Hello. I am sorry you received the wrong order. I don't see an email back from you stating that though so this was the first time we had an opportunity to know that. We would be more than happy to make this right so if you could reach out to [email protected], we can get this sorted out with you no problem. Although we anticipate every order going perfectly, when one does not, we are very eager to make it right. We look forward to hearing from you soon so we can get this swapped out. Hello Lexi. I am sorry to hear you have not received the package. I just tracked it and your package is still in transit. This is due to USPS delays unfortunately but I can warrant that your package has been shipped and is in progress still. With Covid, the USPS has been incredibly slow at times so again, very sorry about that. You should have received a tracking number from our system already but if not, please reach out so we can share that with you (I don't want to post here as it is public). We will do everything in our power to keep an eye on this for you. In the future, emailing us from the contact form on the site can get faster results than this route. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist here.

Cedric I know we have spoken offline and this issue was resolved via a refund but wanted to call out publically that I am sorry for the delay here. Covid has really slowed down all warehouse activity so, as the website banner notes, everyone is experience very, very long delays from time to time. Unfortunately, this was one such instance. Again, I know this matter was already handled but I wanted to close it out here with another apology for the delay there. I hope you can see it to give us another shot sometime as this is not at all "typical" and we are doing everything we can to get past these hurdles. Looking forward to seeing you back in the future.
