Hi Richard, our system flagged your order as fraudulent and it was suggested that we verify your identity before shipping it out. We were only doing this to protect you and others from being victims of fraud and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We tried calling you several times after your order was placed and were not able to get ahold of you nor did we receive a return call, which increased our concerns about the order being fraudulent. In order to prevent something like this happening again for you and other customers in the future, we have increased our security to be more precise when identifying fraudulent orders. Your second vaporizer will be shipped out soon, please check your email for our sincerest apologies along with a gift card for your next order.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Keith. It looks like your order was placed on Thursday July 28th then was fulfilled and shipped out by Wednesday August 3rd. Per our terms & conditions, all orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. I assure you that we do not wait for an order to be placed then receive it and repack it to ship out to you. We do, however, have several warehouses around the country that house thousands of products and fulfills hundreds of orders each day so it can unfortunately take a few days to get to your order. In regards to your broken item, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. While we would've much rather provided a replacement, this item was out of stock. We did issue you a refund and provided a link from another website which carried the broken item that we could not replace. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations since we couldn't order it from that website and drop ship it to you per your request.

We are sorry that you haven't received your orders up to this day, despite the orders being shipped and having the tracking numbers.
