Hi Lance, I just requested to connect so we can have a conversation to hopefully clarify this and put you on a path to success with HDpiano as a beginner. We have video tools like speed control and looping to allow you to isolate and slow down parts to work through them step-by-ste at your own pace. We also offer chord and lyric sheets for over 700 tutorials with more added every day to provide additional visual references outside of traditional sheet music! I hope we can discuss more and help point you in the right direction to make your experience a success!

Thank you for the feedback Lee, we are very sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your experience and I'll be reach out to learn more and see if we can find a resolution. Our goal at HDpiano is make a song sound both authentic to the real studio recording while also making it playable. Sometimes to make things more accessible to a wider audience of piano players we simplify arrangements where necessary but we're always looking to improve and hope to learn more about your experience.

Hi Paul! I will be reaching out to discuss this more and learn more about your piano needs. We have received overwhelming requests from students to learn the studio recording piano / keyboard parts of their favorite songs. This provides the opportunity to perform just like your favorite artists and have the ability to sing along, play in a cover band, play at a gathering and have people sing along etc. We do offer over 600 tutorials that include the melody in the piano arrangement when it makes more sense (especially holiday songs etc) so I would be happy to point you in that direction as well and see if we can't improve your experience with HDpiano: https://hdpiano.com/browse-library/?sort=popularity&version=Melody

Hi there, we really appreciate your feedback and I'm also going to reach out to connect with you 1-on-1 so we can discuss everything and work to improve your experience we HDpiano+. We are listening and we apologize as some of our technology has changed for receiving feedback - so you can always reach out to me directly at [email protected] and I will make sure you are heard and your feedback is shared with the team for planned improvements. Our newly added chord and lyric cheat sheets are required by our publishing deals to be non-downloadable and must be contained within the lesson page - we hope this provides added value but we will be working on improving them even more and maybe someday we'll be able to unlock more rights there! And we're sorry to hear you don't see any added value in our price increase, we have done our best to keep our pricing the same for years and thus fell behind on more incremental price increases and due to our investments over the last year we had to increase prices. We have invested in launching an iOS mobile app in the US & Canada, we have started re-rendering all our videos with updated visuals and note names on the falling blocks, we have re-designed our video player and customization tools, we have added chord and lyric sheets to over 500 lessons with more to come, we just added the Vince Guaraldi catalog and today we launched the beginning of a month long celebration of the newly added John Lennon solo catalog. And there are more improvements on the way! I hope we can connect 1-on-1 as well, I want to make sure you feel heard, thank you!
