I am writing again to express my sincere appreciation for Lavender. Throughout the process of restoring your site's "Favorites" section/functionality, Lavender was providing consistent follow-ups. As someone that works in the financial services sector, I know how difficult it is to find employees that are dedicated to providing a positive and problem-solving approach. I want you to know that I am renewing my subscription again in April due to the above-and-beyond service Lavender provided. It would make me very happy to know that he has been recognized for the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction he showed throughout. I hope you recognize that you have an outstanding employee, as I highly doubt I'm the only customer that has been treated with such care. Thank you, Lavender. It's interactions like this that reinforce my faith in a future that is both highly productive and compassionate.
