I bought this for our wedding rather than hiring from one of the wedding venues partners (it was about 1/3 of the cost!) after checking the reviews on trustpilot. They were really quick to respond to my question about lead time and after ordering it was here in 6 days. There was disappointment at first as the sign was faulty but after a quick message they promised a new one would be delivered in time for the wedding and it arrived only 2(!) days later! It worked perfectly and I was really impressed with the quality and it was a great addition to the wedding decor at the venue. Now we’re just trying to find a suitable spot to hang it at home.
