Product didn’t work

Your product (Butterfly) isn't nearly as good as it was before Attend bought it. It doesn't peel off completely in that it leaves the part with the adhesive on the skin. Also, some of the last order I received was manufactured incorrectly. The circle in the center was off-center and one edge had no padding at all. You need to take a look at your quality control!!

Your website is a disaster. So hard to find products. Your search really sucks. You can find a previous order but you can’t reorder just a couple of things from the order. Your checkout payment process is a mess. The site is so very far behind contemporary capabilities. Looks like it was designed by a junior high student during his first web design class. The butterfly pad products have gotten so bad, it is terrible. I count on these products to maintain my quality of life and it is so disappointing.

$1.75 for each pair of underware is too much

ORDERS ON LINE ARRIVE VERY QUICKLY. THERE S A GOOD VARIETY OF BRANDS TO CHOOSE FROM THE CATALOG. ALL IN ALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I made a complaint and when I tried to settle my dispute the company refused to accept my email. It is the first in my experience that a company treated a complaint in this manner. I received the product I am bed ridden an cannot go out to return it I will keep the product and you can charge it to my card.

I did not receive an email prior to my order being shipped to see if I still wanted it or wanted to extend the period. I consequently got two orders a week a part. I tried to cancel my next shipment but it did not seem to cancel. I have had cat food a liter sent before and always got an email prior to shipment to make sure I still wanted it as ordered. I do not know why this was different.
