I have had only one opportunity to base an opinion on but my order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. I was just happy to find the product in their inventory, have no idea why it was not available at my grocery store or "big box" store.

I have used their auto delivery for years when my husband was living. They are prompt and courteous and prices are better than local stores. I use their underpads as wee pads for my dog. Pads are thick and work very well.
