Selection
Was very disappointed in the selection for incontinence items for bariactric people and the cost of the item. The item was shipped in a very timely manor as promise.

Delivery issue
Issue I have is you don’t have a way to track your purchase. It would be great if we could at least get a text of date of expected delivery.

only reason i give 3 stars was because when you order it takes to long for them to get to your home. i ordered a week ago or longer and i still have not recieved them.

Pricey
Delivery was a day later than what the tracking said online. That wasn’t a problem but my issue is that I feel these guys are too pricey. I can still get out and go to the big box drugstore, with coupons and other incentives, sometimes half the price of HDIS, even with their ‘we’ll send it every once in awhile’ discount. Right now I prefer not to pay the extra cost for convenience of delivery.

Too expensive. The products are much less expensive in stores.

At the very least, your service is adequate. Cost is prohibitive and quality of the product is not what I was expecting.
