My only and Biggest complaint would be customer service.

I can order this product from CVS at the same or cheaper price and get free shipping and I receive it in 2 days. Your shipping takes too long. I will stay with CVS.

The package was marked fragile which was good but inside there was nothing to protect the products from getting dented or ruined and the pump was broken and the gallons dented. This is the second time this has happened. I have ordered from this company over the years and have just started having problems with shipments in the last two years. I’m not sure who their third-party vendor is but might I suggest a review of their protocols and procedures.

Product is good, however I live in Alaska and find it totally unnecessary that shipping is only by Fed Ex and I have to pay extra to get a product that could just as well be shipped USPS.

Tracking indicates my package from HDIS was delivered on Wed. Nov. 21, but I am still waiting for it.

I found after ordering, your prices on most items are quite expensive compared to two other online stores.

I ordered 2 pair of women's underwear. I received 1 women's underwear and 1 men's underwear. Not happy!

I have not received my order. I had to run out to Walmart to get some pads, and since ordering with HDIS was forstall that experience, I'm not a happy camper.
