Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to achieve excellent customer service and offer free shipping. In this instance, your order was received on a Friday and arrived the next Saturday, so it did take 9 days including the 2 weekend days. Unfortunately, at times shipping delays are out of our control when the package is with the carrier. I'd also like to make sure you are aware of our Price Match Policy: If you find a lower advertised price on an identical branded item currently available for delivery to your home, HDIS will match the competitor's verified total price. Total price is an "apples-to-apples" comparison that includes shipping and handling charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees. A price match is subject to verification of the competitor's total price and is not available on discounted, out-of-stock, or limited quantity products or in the case or typographical or other errors.
