Good product...arrived in a very timely manner.

i began ordering from depends online because the price is better for those items. I am still using hdis.

Service is really good convenient and economical But the web site needs work. When I change my auto shipment plan I need web site confirmation that shows when my new orders will be shipped and where. I could not find that on the web page and had to call.

Excellent selection of products, but ordered merchandise early on a Tuesday and didn't receive them till Friday afternoon. A little slower than other online merchants, prices are comparable.

Product is excellent. Shipping time is excellent. Customer service is excellent. Shipping.... not so good. Product comes in two large boxes. HDIS bands the two boxes together to make one shipment. Bands usually break during shipment losing the box that has no label. Claims with carrier always finds second lost box because box does have very distinctive markings ("L3" and large bright green stripes) on sides.

Good product. I've ordered this item many times and will continue to do so. They are expensive so be mindful of that. From the time I placed my order it took about 5 days before I received them.

I ordered the premier cotton liners and absolutely love them!! They are so comfortable. I also ordered the bed liners with the tapes. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because I just wish the tapes were a little stronger.
