Thank you for having these items that we can get in the mail. One problem is you have the wrong name on the order. The name should be Deb and not Grace.

I've purchased two bed pads, a king size plastic protector and an ointment for my husband. All have been delivered discreetly. the pads are better than others because they don't roll up. the plastic sheet is very quiet. I put it on top of the pad so that I don't have to wash that when accidents happen. The pad is too large for my washer so I had to take it to the laudrymat which was frustrating. Very happy with the products I've received so far.

I like the tabbed briefs because they absorb and you can adjust the fit. They are comfortable.

Will order as needed in the future. Consider service and products very good.

Not a good experience:a first: While tracking my order I discovered that it is being returned to the company, because when Fed EX handed the package over to the USPS, they somehow determined that the address wasn't deliverable ; although My address is correct in my profile. So here I am down to my last diaper and no delivery is in sight, but luckily it didn't end there: A customer care representative, Michelle, from HDIS reads about my dilenma and contacts me to resolve the issue. She makes another order for the items I origially order, since waiting for their return to HDIS would have been an intolerable delay. She has it shipped next day Air with UPS, a $53.00 cost. Yes that's right!! The company paid the incrreased shipping cost at no extra charge to me. They truly put the word "service" in their Customer Service. Above and beyong the call of duty.

I like the disposable bed pads even if somewhat expensive. They are nicely absorbent and do well.

Using the peach pads is very helpful in maintaining a clean bedroom. I put them on top of the sheet cover and it keeps the bed dry longer.
