Cane seemed ok but couldn't get tip off to apply the standing 3 tip on. Cane cover was too small. Customer Service representative doesn't know her products. Needs to be educated how to handle disatisfying customers. Think her name was Stefanie.

Thank you for your feedback. The bath sponge handle is 24 inches, which many people appreciate because of the reach. That said, we will look to see what other options we may be able to offer in the future that are not as big, so people have a variety of choices. Sincerely, the HDIS team

We are sorry the product did not fit. Unfortunately, that is the largest size available on the market in that style of product. We do have larger sizes available in absorbent products, but that is the largest pant.

HDIS charges more than DOUBLE than the markets and local merchants sell the exact same product for. I will never buy from HDIS again.

Your choice of a delivery service FEDEX is a joke. The parcel has been on the delivery truck, according to fedex website, at LEAST five days. I suppose FEDEX wants to give my parcel a scenic view of the back of their delivery truck. Still waiting for parcel.

Hello Mr S., We do allow customers to choose any major carrier they prefer when ordering by phone, 1-800-269-4663. Our website does default to FedEx delivery at this time. We are in constant evaluation of our service providers. The tracking does show that your parcel is on truck for delivery today. Update: We checked your tracking and it now says there was a delivery attempt: 12/13/2019 03:29 PM. Unfortunately, the package is now showing expected delivery on 12/20/2019. We do apologize for that delay. Thank you.
