Received package of Always Discreet Maximum Underwear, a very fine product, in good condition. I gave 4 stars because the box it came in was kind of beaten up and poorly held together with wide brown tape. It looked kind of shabby, and there was no return label, no identification which seems odd.

Shipping is my only complaint, our postal delivery people are afraid of the least amount of snow and will not deliver. UPS as no problem.

Received in a timely fashion. Re-ordering was easy and quick.

Great products, but a bit pricey. and they have f ast shipping

Had a problem with a delivery I didn't want sent, but a very good Marketing Manager was able to solve my problem to my satisfaction. I'm glad he took the time to work with me on this.

The only reason I didn't give HDIS.com 5 stars is because their search engine on their website doesn't work right and ai couldn't find a product that I've always ordered, so, thinking that the product was discontinued, I ordered an inferior product. Today I looked up the product by the part number and, sure enough, there it is -- not discontinued! Now I'm stuck with 3 pkgs of a product I didn't want. I do have to say that their customer service is exceptional. When the USPS forwarded my order to the wrong address, HDIS immediately sent me a replacement order overnight via FED-EX! I'm very impressed! Just know that if you search for a TYPE or Brand of a type of product (Reassure booster pads), you will not see them all. You will need the part/product number to find it on their website.
