I have been ordering different products from HDIS a long time and I have always been satisfied.

I needed a supplier of incontinent products for my parents. They had progressed from "protective" to tabbed briefs. My warehouse clubs couldn't fulfill these needs so I went exploring. HDIS was at the top of the search results, and I am glad I didn't have to look very far. The selection is pretty impressive, and I found the prices very competitive to downright market leader. I just need to confirm that the product I selected will work. My only critique is that I needed to track the order, and I only received one email giving me a tracking ID. When you consider I get marketing emails about every other day, I think at least a progress email on the delivery status wouldn't be so bad. Overall a good service for the money.

I like your pads alot, but I need a longer thin pad for myself. I always buy the Starter Thin Overnight pads, but hard to get to the store.

You told me that you would e-mail a copy of the invoice and tracking information but did not do so

Last week, ordered ALWAYS ultimate (nite) long pads. There was no GEL as advertised. Picked up a package before ordering that had the GEL which is the best thing ever done. If not up to date, then one should pay less for older merchandise and not the full price. Delivery is very fast and am very pleased with that aspect.

As always they did a great job and the product came fast
