Although I only buy one product from HDIS, I am impressed with the variety of products it carries. There is something to meet the personal needs of everyone. It is a comfort to know that there is a company that cares for their customers by hiring truly caring personal to assist us. Thank you HDIS! Lynn Huffman

I called HDIS explaining my dissatisfaction with a product I ordered, the CSR immediately offered a solution that was more then fair. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. They stand behind their products and dealing with the CSR was very pleasant experience.

I am very satisfied with the home delivery service of the Tena products we need for my mom. They are always on time and staff is very helpful when changes need to be made. I have also ordered other home health aide products and have been very satisfied with the products and the timely delivery.

A friend gave me an HDIS catalog and recommended I give the company a try. My first order came very quickly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so I tried again. The second order arrived even more quickly. I'm very satisfied with the company and our relationship will continue.

I had done business with this company years ago, but no longer had need of their products. When my Mother's physician ordered a product that none of our local drug stores carried, we were advised by all of them that they could not order the product either. I subsequently ordered the product from the manufacturer, but later found it through this company at nearly $20.00 in savings, plus the generous coupon allowance. I am very impressed with the service, prices and rapid shipment of her orders. Would recommend this company to anyone.
