They listen and make suggestions. They really make you feel like they care.

I order supplies for my mother in law in my father in law's name. Ordering online is easy and quick and the supplies ship very quickly. Order arrives timely and is left where I request so my elderly inlaws can bring it into the house without any inconvenience. I have utilized the live online customer service and found the rep to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My inlaws are advanced in age and they would not be able to order the supplies online themselves. However I do believe if they had to call and order over the phone, they would have the same good experience.

Great quality, speedy delivery and it was very appreciated. I intend to order again.

I ordered a sample of pads and they were sent out right away- they were heavier than what I need so I will reorder the light protection ones and see how they work for me. It is great to be get an assortment of products to try without having to buy them all.

I came accross this site while trying to find a sample pack of diapers to see which one I would like best. No site even cane close to offering what HDIS offered. I received an order of over 12 different kinds of diapers. The shipment arrived on time and there was tons of extra stuff inside to help guide my descision. And it was incredibly cheap too! I never would have know that Molicare Premium Super beiefs would be the best for me. Thank you

HDIS has been a great company with which to do business. The ordering process online is simple and easy to understand, the checkout is just as easy as choosing a payment preference then press PURCHASE. I like having the FedEx/USPS tracking service available online. The catalogs enclosed are usually passed along to friends.

HDIS is a wonderful service for many people with embarrassing issues. I don't like that there are so many brands some of which aren't good.

I can no longer buy the kind of pads that I use in the store. I'm so happy to be able to get them on line. Everyone has been so nice and there's no pressure to buy anything else that I don't need.
