Absolutely.....a shout out for HDIS!!!

My first time to order from this company. This was an easy transaction. Website is easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for very fast. Quick and easy check out with excellent payment options. My package arrived lightening fast! Great company. I will order from them again!

I was able to purchase the Tena briefs in a local Drug store and my husband preferred them to other brands. When the drug store no longer carried them, I googled "Tena Briefs" and got HDIS. I order on line when I need them, and within 2 days, I have them. Great! Thank You

I only have one issue since ordering from HDIS. I thought I had signed up for auto delivery on an item, but when I logged on to HDIS to check, I got the message that I did not have any auto delivery items on record. I needed this item quickly, so I ordered from Amazon to get 2 day delivery. After I did that, I got an email from HDIS saying my auto delivery item was about to ship. This is something that I have to keep in supply, so no big deal; I just thought it would be nice to know whether I'm on auto delivery for any future items that I might sign up for. Thank you.

The products are wonderful and the items arrive within a couple days. This is the best service I have ever received for an on-line order.

I ordered and received a brown protective pad for the sofa. The pad looks a lot better than the white ones I was using because it blends in well with the sofa. Also, I did an online chat about incontinence briefs and a disposable under pad. She, I think it was Karen, is sending me some samples so we can determine what my husband will like. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
