My father has tried many products for incontinence which is not something any elderly person wants to deal with. All of the pharmacy products have been tried and just weren't good enough. Tranquility has been his "go to" product ever since he researched it online and we decided to try it. Very happy and relieved to find an overnight product that doesn't need changing and keeps you dry!

Delivery is not the fastest, so plan ahead. webste badly organized, very slow, and hard to use. But Real customer service more than makes up for it. Fiendly, helpful, real people, easily avaiable during business hours, no electronic or voice-operated menus. They really want to help you navigate the wide variety of choices, sizes, etc, always in stock.

Order arrived quickly and just as promised. Now if they could only figure out that my name is Birgit and not Bridget.....
